Your role:
- Actively participate in engineering tasks and projects by writing code, contributing to the overall deliverables.
- Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions.
- Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
- Take part in designing, scoping and maintaining features and components.
- Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners.
- Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the teams.

- Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes.
- Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and keeping management updated on team performance.
- Monitor specific KPIs to ensure the proper delivery of the business.
- AI is at the center of what these teams do - and it's also how we build everything else. Our primary stack is Anthropic's Claude, used through Claude Code for day-to-day development and as a core model provider for the systems we ship. We expect daily, fluent use of AI across the lifecycle, with sound judgment about when to rely on it and how to verify its output. We're actively expanding our agentic and AI-assisted workflows, and we want people who will push this further.
Desired (but not essential):
- Experience in developing mobile applications (Native, React-Native).
- Experience in FinTech.
- Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems.
- A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space.
- Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in fast-paced product teams.
- Strong foundation in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: designers, product managers, backend engineers.
- Excellent communication and people skills - you enjoy mentoring and uplifting those around you.
