The Role

Rally is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s vision, driving adoption across key markets, leading fundraising efforts, and managing the operational, financial, and strategic direction of Rally.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a fast-scaling startup at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and social media, shaping the future of decentralized marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute Rally’s long-term vision, mission, and roadmap.
Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans that drive user growth, protocol adoption, and revenue.
Lead company-wide goal-setting and ensure alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
Represent Rally externally as a thought leader in AI, blockchain, and marketing innovation.

Business Growth & Ecosystem Development

Drive Rally’s global expansion strategy, including key markets in Asia
Build and nurture partnerships with protocols, creator networks, agencies, and KOLs.
Oversee ecosystem growth and coordinate with GenLayer and other ecosystem partners.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for new products, integrations, and partnerships.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

Lead fundraising initiatives, managing relationships with venture capital firms, investors, and strategic partners.
Oversee investor communications, board relations, and long-term capital strategy.
Manage token economics and fundraising frameworks in collaboration with ecosystem partners.

Operational & Organizational Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing executive team across product, engineering, growth, and operations.
Implement operational excellence across all functions — ensuring accountability, efficiency, and scalability.
Oversee legal, financial, and compliance matters in coordination with advisors and partners.
Establish company culture centered on innovation, transparency, and collaboration.

Product, Marketing & Community Oversight

Guide product strategy in alignment with market needs and user insights.
Support Rally’s marketing and community teams in driving brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure Rally’s messaging and positioning align with its mission to redefine marketing through decentralization.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in executive roles at crypto, AI, or technology startups.
Proven track record scaling early-stage technology companies or leading product-led organizations.
Strong understanding of decentralized ecosystems and blockchain, creator economies, and AI applications.
Demonstrated success in fundraising and building relationships with investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
Experience leading distributed teams and managing cross-functional operations.
Visionary communicator capable of inspiring teams, partners, and communities.
Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, hands-on, and mission-driven.
