About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Director to unify and lead OKX's internal HR and Finance system product lines. This is a leadership role designed to bring strategic coherence to two critical domains: Human Resources systems (covering compliance, safety, and risk management) and Internal Finance systems (covering financial reporting, data integration, and automation). Your core mandate: build a unified, scalable, and audit-ready internal systems product organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the product strategy and roadmap for both HR and Finance internal systems, driving end-to-end planning and execution across both product lines
Lead and grow a cross-functional team, coordinating across HR, Finance, Engineering, Data Warehouse, and regional business stakeholders
Act as the internal product owner for company employees as end users — proactively collect, triage, and act on feedback from internal users across regions to continuously improve the product experience
Drive enterprise compliance capability building — data privacy, international regulatory compliance, internal audit enablement
Establish a disciplined requirements management and delivery process, including PRD ownership, prioritisation, and milestone tracking
Manage multiple parallel projects, proactively surface and resolve risks, and report progress and key decisions to senior leadership
Track industry trends and continuously improve both systems' functionality, pushing toward greater digitisation and automation
What We Look For In You
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years simultaneously owning both HR systems and Finance systems in a large organisation (500+ headcount)
Deep product knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP HCM) and Finance systems (e.g. ERP, reporting platforms, automation tools)
A good understanding of the internal data compliance, data security, and compliance culture construction process of the enterprise. Be able to improve enterprise compliance and security with an in-house system
Solid understanding of enterprise data compliance, data security, and international regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated empathy for internal end users; experience building feedback loops and translating employee needs into product improvements
Proven track record leading cross-functional projects across multiple departments and time zones
Team management experience (3+ people)
Fluent in both Chinese and English (working languages)
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in Fintech, digital assets, or crypto finance
SQL proficiency and experience with data products or reporting systems
Prior experience with audit or compliance-related products
