About This Role

Web3 Community Managers cultivate and grow protocol communities across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and governance forums. They are the voice of the project and the bridge between the team and its users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate community channels (Discord, Telegram, forums)
• Create and execute community engagement programs and campaigns
• Organize AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and community calls
• Gather community feedback and relay insights to the product team
• Coordinate with marketing on announcements and content distribution
• Support governance processes and proposal discussions

Requirements

• 2+ years of community management experience, preferably in crypto/Web3
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture, memes, and community dynamics
• Experience managing Discord servers with 1,000+ members
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Familiarity with community analytics and engagement metrics
