About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted at retail users, including promotions, product launches, and engagement strategies.

Assist in preparing campaign proposals, submitting budgets for approval, and compiling post-campaign reports to analyze performance and ROI.

Help coordinate and host both online and offline events such as product showcases, community meetups, webinars, and promotional activations.

Foster and manage user communities across platforms (e.g., Telegram, Facebook, etc.), engage with members, and monitor community sentiment.

Constantly work on new campaigns, channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth

Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteer brand ambassadors through our Angel Program. Ensure alignment with campaign goals and track their contributions.

Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to interact with the community and increase positive engagement.

Coordinating inter-department cooperation between the Angels and the Binance team (including BD, Marketing, collecting leads, market research, data requests, etc.).

Execute all marketing efforts with hands on approach

Requirements:

Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter.

Experience in managing online/offline events.

Experience managing social media : Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).

Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.

Excellent organizational skills, Ability to Multitask with great time management skills needed.

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures.
