Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive protocol adoption and TVL
- Manage marketing campaigns across Twitter, crypto media, and community channels
- Build and manage KOL/influencer partnerships and co-marketing programs
- Analyze on-chain and off-chain metrics to optimize growth loops
- Plan and execute token launch campaigns, airdrops, and incentive programs
- Collaborate with product and engineering on growth features
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in crypto or fintech
- Track record of driving measurable user acquisition and retention
- Understanding of DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, and Web3 user behavior
- Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Strong network in the crypto ecosystem
