Senior PR KOL Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior KOL Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned PR professional who can hit the ground running — building and managing KOL relationships, leading event activations, and navigating communications in the fast-paced crypto industry.

In this role, you will take ownership of KOL partnerships end-to-end — from identifying and engaging high-impact influencers to leading event coordination and managing sensitive communications with composure. As a key representative of our brand, you will ensure smooth collaboration and maintain strong public perception across KOL-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-impact KOLs aligned with brand values and business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end KOL event planning and execution, including brand activations, networking events, and partnership meetings.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely, professional, and relationship-driven communication.

• Manage crisis communications involving KOLs, acting as a calm and strategic point of contact during sensitive situations.

• Develop and deliver structured reporting on KOL performance, campaign impact, and public sentiment trends.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Compliance) to align KOL strategies with broader PR and business goals.

• Represent the company professionally at industry events, media engagements, and KOL-facing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in KOL/influencer relations, PR, or partnerships, preferably within tech, fintech, or consumer brands.

• Proven track record of independently managing KOL portfolios from sourcing to activation — able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence in engaging high-profile individuals and managing sensitive conversations.

• Polished, presentable, and comfortable representing the brand at external events and on-camera engagements.

• Strong crisis management instincts — able to navigate sensitive situations with composure and sound judgment.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

• Knowledge of or interest in crypto/blockchain is a plus but not mandatory.
