(Senior) Product Manager, Tokenized Stocks/Equity Trading (DEX)

About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for tokenized stock (tokenized equities) trading on OKX DEX, covering the trading interface, order types, market data & quotes, positions/portfolio, and everything that bridges traditional brokerage conventions with on-chain execution.
• Be the team's translator between two worlds: take the best of the traditional brokerage experience (order management, execution quality, settlement logic, corporate actions, market-hours handling, fractional shares, cost/fee transparency) and re-imagine it natively for a DEX.
• Partner closely with the Growth & Operations team to win users migrating from traditional brokers, translate their expectations and pain points into PRDs, prototypes, and launched features that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume.
• Identify and prototype new opportunities in the tokenized-equities space: evaluate tokenized-stock issuers/protocols, RWA infrastructure, market structure, and the regulatory/compliance constraints that shape what's shippable.
• Lead end-to-end execution: drive PRDs, prototypes, and supporting docs, then partner with R&D, UI/UX, QA, Compliance/Legal, and Marketing through to launch.
• Define and monitor core product KPIs (Volume, MAU, retention, execution quality, spread/slippage, fill rates); use user research, behavioral analysis, and feedback loops to continuously optimize the experience.

• 与 Growth & Operations 团队紧密协作，从传统券商迁移用户过来：把他们的预期与痛点转化为 PRD、原型与上线功能，驱动拉新、激活、留存与交易量。
• 发掘并验证股票代币方向的新机会：评估股票代币发行方/协议、RWA 基础设施、市场结构，以及决定"什么能上线"的合规与监管约束。
• 主导端到端落地：推进 PRD、原型与配套文档，并联动研发、UI/UX、测试、合规/法务、市场团队直至上线。
• 定义并监控核心产品指标（交易量、MAU、留存、成交质量、点差/滑点、成交率等）；通过 用户调研、行为分析与反馈闭环 持续优化体验。

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years in product management, with 2+ years building equities / brokerage trading products at a securities firm, online broker, or trading platform (order entry & management, execution, market data, account/portfolio surfaces).
• Deep understanding of traditional equities market structure: order types (market, limit, stop, etc.), routing & execution quality, settlement (T+1/T+2), corporate actions, market hours, custody, margin, and fractional shares, with a strong point of view on which conventions traders actually care about.
• Working knowledge of (or demonstrable willingness and ability to ramp fast on) the on-chain / DEX stack: wallets, AMMs vs. order books, aggregation & routing, on-chain settlement, and the trade-offs versus a centralized brokerage backend.
• Strong user research & analysis skills: experience running user interviews and usability studies, and turning qualitative + quantitative insights into product decisions.
• Strong IC ownership; able to drive projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams without people-management leverage.
• Fluent in Chinese; working proficiency in English is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• 了解（或有明确意愿和能力快速上手）链上 / DEX 技术栈：钱包、AMM 与订单簿、聚合与路由、链上结算，以及相对中心化券商后端的取舍
• 较强的 用户调研与分析能力：有用户访谈、可用性研究经验，能把定性 + 定量洞察转化为产品决策
• 强 IC（个人贡献者）owner 意识，能在不依赖团队管理权的情况下跨职能推动项目端到端落地
• 中文流利；具备一定英文能力者优先
• 本科及以上学历

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience launching tokenized equities / RWA products, or PM experience at a broker bridging crypto and stocks (e.g. Robinhood, Interactive Brokers, Futu/Moomoo, Tiger Brokers, eToro, Schwab).
• Hands-on familiarity with crypto/DeFi as a user (self-custody, DEX trading, on-chain footprint).
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for tokenized securities.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in daily PM workflows.
