Web3 Design Leads shape the user experience of decentralized applications, making complex blockchain interactions intuitive and accessible. They lead design systems, user research, and visual identity for crypto-native products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for dApps, dashboards, and protocol interfaces
- Build and maintain design systems for consistent cross-product experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing with crypto-native users
- Design intuitive flows for wallet connections, transactions, and DeFi interactions
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers and establish design processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with 2+ years in Web3/fintech
- Strong portfolio showing complex application design (dashboards, financial tools)
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Understanding of Web3 UX patterns (wallet flows, transaction states, gas UX)
