Your role:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: from planning, execution, and monitoring, to delivery and closure.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Drive effective communication and reporting between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools, fostering efficiency and scalability.
  • Work closely with B2B partners and institutional clients to ensure requirements are captured, translated into deliverables, and executed successfully.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in delivery.

What makes you stand out:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of digital assets, financial services, wealth management, and B2B partnerships (crypto exposure is a plus).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to present to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Fluent in English.
