Product Manager, Fiat & FCM

The project management and delivery team ensures the success of delivering high quality product offerings all across our platforms. We work with various stakeholders to tackle blockers, manage the timeline and enhance the existing workflow and tools to acheive release efficiency across all products launch.

About the Role

This is a mission-critical product leadership role at the heart of Crypto.com's regulated trading business. As Product Manager, Fiat & FCM, you will own the end-to-end fiat product strategy for our Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and regulated US trading platform — the money-movement infrastructure that lets retail, private, and institutional clients fund and withdraw from a CFTC/NFA-regulated trading environment instantly, compliantly, and reliably.

FCM is one of Crypto.com's top growth priorities, and it's your anchor. But the mandate is broader: you'll own the banking-rail strategy that scales this model across markets and currencies, and over time, extends to Crypto.com's other business lines, defining which rails we use, which banks we partner with, how customer funds are segregated and settled, and how money moves in and out. You'll carry direct accountability for Total Funds Flow, acceptance rates, settlement speed, and cost-per-transaction across the platform.

Our team is globally distributed across APAC, EU, and US time zones, so you'll need to be comfortable working across time zones and communicate effectively with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

FCM Funding & Regulated Fund Handling Own the fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including customer fund segregation, margin funding flows, and the operational data behind daily segregation computation and regulatory reporting.

Payment Rails Select and integrate rails based on speed, reversibility, and cost — ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP in the US, and SEPA / SEPA Instant / FPS and other schemes as the platform grows across markets and currencies.

Strategic Bank Partnerships Lead assessments, commercial negotiations, and technical integrations for direct bank relationships that can support a regulated trading entity — securing preferential rates, dedicated service levels, segregated-account structures, and custom solutions. Includes exposure to specialized charters (e.g. SPDI) where relevant.

Global Banking Network Build and optimize payment infrastructure across markets, ensuring maximum rail coverage and uptime for fiat access — extending the FCM funding model to additional geographies over time.

Speed & Latency Select and integrate payment rails based on transaction-speed requirements (T+0 vs T+1) to support instant trading activity and margin calls.

Liquidity & Settlement Structure banking partnerships to maintain near-zero-downtime liquidity for mass user pay-outs and high-frequency trading settlement.

Acceptance Rate Optimization Drive improvements in pay-in acceptance across card and bank-transfer channels by optimizing processor relationships, fraud rules, and compliance logic.

Payment Orchestration & Routing Design and own the logic for a dynamic routing engine that selects the optimal rail in real time based on user segment, jurisdiction, currency, speed, and risk profile.

Institutional On-Ramp Build compliant, scalable fiat solutions for institutional trading clients — including segregated bank accounts, high-value wire processing, and bulk pay-out APIs.

Requirements

Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform — including familiarity with customer fund segregation, margin funding, and regulatory fund-handling obligations.

Deep hands-on knowledge of payment rails across multiple markets — US (ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP) and ideally EU (SEPA, SEPA Instant) — including reversibility, settlement timing, and their trade-offs for a regulated trading business.

Experience with direct bank integrations (not just white-label PSPs) and commercial partnership negotiation; exposure to specialized banking charters (e.g. SPDI) a strong plus.

7–10+ years of product leadership, with at least 7 focused on payment infrastructure, core banking, or regulated trading/brokerage products.

Demonstrated success building and scaling payment rails in a high-volume, real-time environment.

Track record of leading payment orchestration and dynamic routing logic in production.

Experience building fiat solutions for institutional clients (segregated accounts, wire processing, bulk APIs).

Technical acumen across complex API products, data flows, and payment-protocol integrations.

Hands-on experience with core banking platforms and/or payment-scheme integrations (ACH, FedWire, SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, etc.).

Able to work across APAC, EU, and US time zones and communicate effectively with globally distributed teams.

Strong people management — you develop and hold a high bar for your team.
