Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web3 products
- Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and community feedback
- Work closely with engineering, design, and tokenomics teams to deliver features
- Analyze on-chain metrics, user behavior, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate governance proposals and community communication for protocol changes
- Balance decentralization principles with product usability and growth objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer or fintech products
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystem
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and community
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
