Binance is looking for an AI Product Manager to build and scale consumer-facing AI features used by millions of users. You will own product features end-to-end, from ideation to launch and iteration, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver intuitive AI experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
Own and drive 2C AI product features from concept to launch and optimization;
Define product requirements, user flows, and feature strategy for AI-powered in-app experiences;
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams;
Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate quickly;
Support pilot launches, global rollouts, multilingual expansion, and ongoing feature improvements;
Balance business goals with user experience, including reducing unnecessary interruptions and improving usability;
Qualifications
3–4 years of product management experience;
Strong experience in consumer-facing AI products;
Proven track record of launching features for large-scale C-end users;
Strong product sense, user empathy, and execution ability;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
Able to handle launch pressure and negative user feedback with maturity and stability;
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams;
Growth mindset, high EQ, and strong ownership.
