Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 4-7 years of experience to join our growing team. You must have a strong background in crypto derivatives and the ability to navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You are comfortable in attending industry events,and proactively seeking new clients to generate new business opportunities. fluency in both English and Russian is a must, as you’ll be covering the Russian speaking markets, within the CSI regions.

The ideal candidate for his role is to be based in Europe. You will need to collaborate with the wider team who are based in Hong Kong & Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market.
  • Proactively source, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to position the company effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Attend and represent the company at key industry events and conferences, building brand presence and establishing partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets to senior management.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably within the crypto derivatives space.
  • Fluency in both English and a secondary European language is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto derivatives market and related products.
  • Have past experience in navigating the entire sales cycle effectively, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach to potential clients.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
