Platform Ownership Own the Platform domain as an internal product serving multiple product teams. Define the platform strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics. Drive platform scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence.
Custody & Financial Infrastructure Own custody infrastructure, including Fireblocks, Uphold, and similar providers. Ensure secure asset storage, withdrawals, deposits, and fund movements. Improve operational reliability across wallet infrastructure.
Compliance Platform Own KYC, Travel Rule, and compliance-related platform capabilities. Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory readiness, including MiCA requirements. Improve verification flows and customer onboarding performance.
Platform Reliability Define and maintain platform SLA and uptime targets. Establish incident management, monitoring, and operational excellence processes. Improve deployment reliability and platform resilience.
Engineering Leadership Lead a cross-functional platform team. Mentor engineers and technical leads. Drive architectural decisions and engineering standards. Build a strong engineering culture focused on quality and ownership.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams. Introduce and scale inner-source engineering practices across product teams. Support strategic platform initiatives and future technology migrations.
