Your role:

  • Own Salesforce administration end-to-end: data integrity, automation, and reporting leadership can trust.
  • Configure and drive adoption of sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar) to boost rep productivity and pipeline velocity.
  • Design account segmentation, territory models, and lead routing logic that scale cleanly with tens of thousands of clients.
  • Build AI-driven automations across the sales workflow - lead scoring, next-best-action, activity auto-logging, AI-assisted forecasting, at-risk account alerts.
  • Evaluate and roll out emerging AI sales tools (conversation intelligence, AI outreach copilots, generative personalization) where they move the needle.
  • Own sales compensation and incentive design with Finance/HR, including commission logic and quota setting.
  • Define the sales process and playbooks, and make sure the CRM enforces them, not just tracks them.
  • Lead onboarding and ramp for new account managers on tools and process.
  • Own data quality and governance across the stack - dedup, enrichment, integration health with BI/warehouse/marketing systems.
  • Run forecasting and pipeline review cadences, refining models against historical accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales, Data, and Compliance to keep everything aligned with financial services requirements.

What makes you stand out:

  • Proven Sales/Revenue Ops experience in fintech, banking, neobanking, or crypto.
  • Track record supporting high-value account management teams at scale (tens of thousands of clients).
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise (admin-level preferred).
  • Practical experience with sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar).
  • Experience implementing AI tools and automations (workflow builders like Flow/Zapier/Workato, conversation intelligence, AI forecasting) - automation is your default, not an afterthought.
  • Strong data instincts - you build reports, spot anomalies, and turn numbers into decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Compliance, Data, and Leadership.
