About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate partners who share our vision

Negotiate brand partnerships to achieve business goals

Build and execute partnership strategies and activation plans

Work with cross-functional teams (brand, comms, insights, design, content, data, product, social media, legal) to plan annual strategy (goals, budget, channels, product-market fit)

Use data to set goals and measure campaign performance (short-term and long-term)

Manage global budgets and improve ROI

Share market insights and industry knowledge

Support regional and local teams to improve marketing execution

Lead complex projects from start to finish

Be proactive, resourceful, and action-driven

Requirements:

Experience in brand, marketing, and campaign/event execution

Strong project management, strategy, relationship-building, and storytelling skills

Experience working with global partners, internal teams, and agencies

Strong understanding of brand positioning and partnership value

Creative and data-driven mindset

Clear and concise communication skills

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Experience or strong understanding of crypto/Web3 (NFTs, fan tokens) is a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

High curiosity and willingness to learn
