The Fraud Operations team focuses on resolving customer issues while reducing financial risk across our products. The team investigates and resolves fraud-related alerts, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes for customers. You will work closely with partners in Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience to improve processes and maintain reliable operations. We are committed to building efficient systems and delivering a strong customer experience!
As a Senior Fraud Operations Specialist, you will review fraud alerts tied to account activity throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding. You will follow established procedures to assess risk, document decisions, and take appropriate remediation actions when needed. You will also communicate directly with customers to gather information, provide updates, and resolve concerns. Your work will help protect customers while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service!
This role is based in our Denver, CO office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week.

The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
