About the role:
We’re looking for a Growth Relations Manager to drive liquidity growth on Aave by building and managing relationships with high-value liquidity providers, from institutional funds to on-chain native capital. You’ll identify and engage key allocators, craft tailored value propositions, and support them in deploying and optimising capital on Aave.
This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that blends relationship management with on-chain fluency. You’ll work closely with BD and incentives teams to convert pipeline into TVL, while building a scalable approach to growth from the ground up.
How you can make an impact:
Identifying and approaching high-value liquidity providers: institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whales
Using on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patterns
Structuring the narrative and value proposition for different LP profiles (institutional vs. on-chain native)
Coordinating with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages
Tracking LP pipeline and reporting on TVL attribution from growth efforts

Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations and fluent on-chain (highly familiar with on-chain data, loop strategies, aToken mechanics, risk parameters)
Experience in a capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD role within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFi
Strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians a strong plus
Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets
Self-starter who can build the LP growth function largely from scratch
