Developer Relations Engineers bridge the gap between protocols and their developer communities. They create educational content, build example projects, speak at conferences, and gather feedback to improve developer experience and drive ecosystem adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Create technical tutorials, documentation, and educational content for developers
- Build and maintain example projects, SDKs, and developer tools
- Speak at conferences, hackathons, and meetups to promote the protocol
- Provide developer support through Discord, forums, and office hours
- Gather developer feedback and advocate for improvements to the product
- Organize hackathons, workshops, and developer-focused events
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience with Web3 or related technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating technical content (blogs, videos, documentation)
- Comfort with public speaking and representing the project at events
- Genuine passion for teaching and helping developers succeed
