Governance Leads design and manage decentralized governance systems for DAOs and protocols. They facilitate community decision-making, draft proposals, and ensure transparent, effective governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks for DAOs and protocols
• Draft, review, and shepherd governance proposals through voting
• Facilitate community discussions around protocol upgrades and treasury management
• Analyze governance participation metrics and improve voter engagement
• Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory considerations for governance
• Build tooling and dashboards for governance transparency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DAO governance or protocol operations
• Deep understanding of governance models (token voting, delegation, quadratic)
• Experience with governance tooling (Snapshot, Tally, Governor contracts)
• Strong written communication and proposal drafting skills
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and treasury management
